This policy explains how LiftEngine Marketing ("I", "me") collects and uses your personal information when you use this website. I'm based in the UK and follow the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Who is responsible for your data

LiftEngine Marketing is run by Nico, a sole trader based in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, UK. I am the data controller for any personal information you give me through this website. For any privacy question or request, please get in touch through the contact page and mention "privacy" in your message.

What I collect

When you use the contact form, I collect the details you choose to give me: your name, business name, email address, phone number and message.

How I use it

I only use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to provide my services. I never sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered to me by Web3Forms. This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Both act as data processors on my behalf.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry emails for up to 12 months unless we go on to work together, in which case I keep records for as long as needed for the work and for legal and accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you at any time. Get in touch through the contact page. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
